1890 Natural Bath Co is a small, handmade American business. All of our products are created in small batches using natural ingredients, not mass-produced formulas. Because of this, slight variations in texture, appearance, and scent may naturally occur from batch to batch.

We believe in transparency, quality, and fair policies that protect both our customers and our small business. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on opened or used items.

Refunds are only issued once the product has been returned to us and inspected.

Refunds or replacements are considered only if:

• The wrong item was sent, or

• The item arrived damaged due to shipping (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)Natural variations in texture, color, scent strength, or appearance are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Winter Shipping & Freezing Lotion

During colder months, natural lotions may experience temporary texture changes during shipping, including becoming thinner or more liquid. This is a normal response to temperature fluctuations and does not mean the product is bad, damaged, or unsafe.

What to do:

• Shake gently

• Allow the product to sit at room temperature after delivery

• The lotion will naturally return to its normal consistency

Texture changes caused by cold temperatures are not considered a defect and do not qualify for refunds.

Bath Bombs & Dusting

Bath bombs are delicate, handmade items. Minor dusting or powder residue may occur during handling or transit, especially in dry or cold conditions.

This does not affect performance. The bath bomb will still fizz and function as intended.

Excessive breakage caused by shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos to be considered for replacement.
